My client, a growing Minnesota law firm, seeks a Transactional Attorney with experience across business and corporate law, agriculture and agribusiness, finance, real estate, and trusts and estates. You will advise clients and manage contracts, closings, and due diligence while collaborating across practice groups.

Applicants should have a JD, active MN bar or eligibility, and strong drafting and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active Minnesota bar admission, or eligibility to obtain admission before beginning practice.
• Transactional experience in one or more relevant practice areas.
• Strong drafting, research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently and work collaboratively.
• Attention to detail, sound professional judgment, and a commitment to client service.

Responsabilités

• Handle transactions within the attorney’s areas of experience, which may include business acquisitions, entity formation, financing, real estate purchases and sales, leasing, or estate and succession planning.
• Conduct due diligence, identify legal risks, and guide clients through transaction closings.
• Provide practical counsel aligned with clients’ business and personal objectives.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to address complex client needs.
• Manage deadlines and maintain clear, responsive communication with clients and other parties.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $120k-180k base. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
