AAA-The Auto Club Group is seeking a BI Analyst to support management and senior staff in the research, analysis and development of BI solutions. The role focuses on data quality, end-user training, and documentation for the IBI data warehouse.
You will analyze changes to procedures, develop QA standards, and participate in root cause analysis. The position is hybrid with normal business hours and competitive compensation.

Job Type: Full time (Exempt) – Salary based.
Location: Hybrid (home office with occasional office attendance for meetings and team events).
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Salary: $70,000 – $87,000 annually with annual bonus potential based on performance.
Support management and senior staff in the research, analysis and development of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. Identify areas for data quality improvement and provide support in resolving data quality problems. Provide training and support to end users regarding BI solutions and the IBI data warehouse. Assist with the development of proposals and business cases. Develop end‑user documentation and communication plans. Analyze the impact of changes to Actuarial, Underwriting, Sales, Processing and Claims procedures/systems on data and reporting. Assist in developing data management quality assurance standards and processes. Participate in root cause analysis and problem‑solving activities. Maintain Competency Center documents.
