Isccareers is looking for a Senior BI Analyst to lead analytics in Workers’ Compensation, utilizing SQL and Power BI. This role involves building data models and dashboards, supporting policy lifecycle reporting, and driving advanced analytics to provide business insights.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in BI analysis, be proficient in SQL, Power BI, and have a strong understanding of the insurance domain, especially Workers’ Compensation.
Additionally, comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary range of $92,000 to $115,000 are offered, along with bonus opportunities.
We are seeking a Senior BI Analyst who will be a key technical leader in the data science team, responsible for creating and maintaining the views, reports, and analytics. This role has high visibility that will reach all levels of the organization.
This role will build portfolio visibility across policy, premium, exposure/payroll, and claims data in Power BI with our data warehouse in Snowflake. The senior analyst will design trusted semantic models, publish enterprise apps, and enable self‑service for stakeholders, aligned to our data governance standards.
Insurance/policy‑management experience is a must; Workers’ Compensation is a strong plus.

The starting annual pay scale for this position is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, training, and experience.
