Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a BI Analyst to support management and senior staff in researching, analyzing and developing BI solutions. You will identify data quality improvements and assist end users with the IBI data warehouse, along with developing proposals and end-user documentation.

You will also analyze impacts of changes across actuarial, underwriting, sales, processing and claims processes, and contribute to QA standards and communications, while participating in root-cause analyses and project

Qualifications

• College level coursework in Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, Insurance or related field.
• Programming experience using SAS, Easytrieve, SQL, HTML and Javascript.
• Creating web pages and reporting materials.
• Auditing, balancing and reconciling data.
• Analyzing procedures to identify and correct errors.
• Preparation of reports, project plans and test scenarios.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, Access and statistical software.
• Knowledge of JCL and data management QA standards.

Responsibilities
