You will design and deliver reports and dashboards in Tableau and SSRS, maintain the data warehouse, and explore ML/AI opportunities to enhance analytics, while communicating complex insights to non-technical audiences. This is a direct-hire, on-site role focused on turning data into measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in BI roles with data visualization, reporting, and data warehousing.
• Proficient in Tableau, SSRS, and SQL.
• Experience maintaining a Data Warehouse and developing ETL processes.
• Ability to translate complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to explore ML/AI for analytics.

As BI Specialist you will be a strategic partner who collaborates closely with business stakeholders to uncover the true story behind the data.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence roles, with strong skills in data visualization, report development, and data warehousing.
• Proficiency in Tableau, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and SQL.
• Experience in managing and maintaining a Data Warehouse and developing ETL processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to multiple audiences including non-technical stakeholders, business leaders and users.
• A passion for learning, including exploring emerging technologies like Machine Learning and AI.
• Ability to work independently, taking ownership of analysis projects from start to finish, while maintaining a strong collaborative approach.
