Job summary

Healthcare Systems of America is seeking a Report Writer to develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards that support decision-making across its hospitals. You will translate business requirements into reporting solutions using MEDITECH and Power BI.

This role collaborates with operational, clinical and financial leaders to ensure data accuracy, standardize KPIs, and drive performance improvements across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of healthcare reporting, analytics, or BI experience.
• Experience with MEDITECH or healthcare information systems.
• Strong Power BI development skills.
• SQL and data analysis proficiency.
• Knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using MEDITECH and Power BI.
• Gather and document business requirements from operational, clinical, and executive stakeholders.
