The Report Writer at Healthcare Systems of America will develop, maintain, and optimize operational reports and dashboards to support decisions across our hospitals. You will translate business needs into reporting solutions using MEDITECH and Power BI, working with clinical, operational, and financial leaders.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, creating KPI scorecards, validating data accuracy, and supporting data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of healthcare reporting, analytics, or BI experience.
• Experience with MEDITECH or healthcare information systems.
• Strong Power BI development skills.
• SQL and data analysis proficiency.
• Knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare metrics.
