LeadThe population health analytics team within Humana is dedicated to transforming health outcomes of Medicaid members using Humana’s technology and analytics. We are looking for a Business Intelligence Lead who will design and develop data models and turn data and insights into actionable plans. The Business Intelligence Lead will work cross-functionally and collaboratively with teams across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and leadership skills and Innovative mindset to drive continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies. The range of work includes solving complex problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial, developing data analytics infrastructure strategies, building models to forecast future trends and outcomes, and create various data products.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$117,600 - $161,700 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
