Job summary

Jewelers Mutual Insurance Group is seeking a Business Intelligence Intern for Summer 2027 to support data analysis, reporting, and process improvements. The role focuses on operations, technology, and customer experience within the Jeweler Solutions team in a hybrid environment.

You'll contribute to audits, data integrity, and project support while gaining hands-on exposure to Salesforce, data visualization, and internal systems.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a similar field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong interest in research and data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and data visualization.

Responsibilities

  • Website Content Management: Conduct audits of web content, ensuring information is current and relevant.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain data accuracy by identifying and resolving inconsistencies in databases.
  • Project Assistance: Support preparation and execution of key projects, contributing to strategic initiatives through detailed research and resource management.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze operational data to identify trends, generate insights, and provide recommendations that drive process improvement and efficiency.
  • Document Review & Consolidation: Review and update existing materials, ensuring consistency and accessibility across all documents.
  • Process Improvement Support: Assist with the refinement of onboarding procedures and the maintenance of internal systems to ensure smooth operations and updated records.
  • System & Data Updates: Manage and implement updates in internal systems to reflect accurate information.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide administrative and operational support across a variety of tasks and projects, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of assignments.
