Job summary

Amazon Advertising, Ads Finance is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to power strategic decision-making through data storytelling and analytics. You will partner with Product Managers, Finance, and Engineers to build scalable BI solutions and measurable metrics across initiatives.

The role focuses on developing pipelines, dashboards, and visualizations, driving insights, and enabling data-driven decisions that shape product and business growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience.
• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.
• Experience with analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, MicroStrategy) and statistical methods.
• Experience with scripting language (Python, Java, or R).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMs, Finance, Engineers, and Data Engineers to develop BI/analytics solutions.
• Build and analyze key metrics to uncover trends and root causes; conduct ad-hoc investigations.
• Own design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines, reports, dashboards and visualizations.
• Work with teams to measure performance of AI projects enhancing customer experience.
• Migrate dashboards to new tools and train users on updated visualization platforms.
