Job Summary: | Business Intelligence (BI) Developer is the Department of Psychiatry's Business Intelligence professional responsible for analyzing, reporting, visualization & dashboarding in key domains including finance, revenue cycle, clinical operations, quality & productivity, human resources, and clinical research. This position works under the supervision of the BI Manager to create and maintain databases, database objects, reports, Epic artifacts, and dashboards and performs analyses using these functions. The BI Developer collaborates closely with key stakeholders in the Department to ensure the intelligence and analyses are accurate, user-friendly, and impactful. To be able to work independently, BI Developer must have intimate knowledge of finance (including but not limited to sponsored projects, clinical, and auxiliary enterprise finance), accounting, revenue cycle, clinical operations, and human resources. The overall goal of this position is to advance the Department's capacity for data-driven decision making in key domains to achieve the vision of Brain Health for All, For Life. Key Responsibilities:

Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as: Intermediate Level: $63,391 - $80,633 Senior Level: $68,531 - $87,171 The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
