This role will lead the development of modern Power BI architecture, semantic models, DirectQuery solutions, data integration frameworks, and reporting automation initiatives.The Business Intelligence Developer serves as the technical foundation of the Reporting & Analytics team by transforming data from multiple healthcare, financial, operational, and clinical systems into governed, trusted, and actionable information. This individual will partner with stakeholders throughout the organization to design scalable solutions that reduce manual processes, improve reporting efficiency, standardize metrics, and advance the organization's analytics maturity.**Essential Responsibilities**The following description of responsibilities to be performed is not intended to be all-inclusive.
