Job summary

Alomere Health in Alexandria, MN seeks a Business Intelligence Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions including Power BI architectures and semantic data models for clinical, operational, and financial decision-making.

Collaborate with Information Systems leadership to modernize reporting, automate processes, and advance analytics maturity with governance and data quality at the core.

Qualifications

• Five years of BI/analytics experience with SQL.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into designs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain BI solutions, dashboards, data models, and reporting architecture for clinical, operational, financial, and strategic decisions.
• Develop scalable reporting and data integration processes to improve accessibility and automation.
• Create and maintain enterprise reporting standards, metric definitions, semantic models, and governance documentation.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and streamline analytics workflows.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance reporting solutions for reliability and performance.
• Lead design and implementation of scalable reporting frameworks and deployment processes.
