Summary

The Business Intelligence Developer you will be a part of our Finance and Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and building dashboards and reports primarily in Power BI. Your insights will directly support strategic financial planning, operational decision-making, and performance tracking across the organization.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Power BI dashboards and reports to support the business needs.
• Collaborate closely with finance, analytics, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable BI solutions.
• Optimize existing reports and data models for performance and usability.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs.
• Build and manage data connections, transformations, and models using Power Query and DAX.
• Support ad-hoc reporting needs and provide data-driven insights to assist with key business decisions.
• Contribute to documentation, data governance, and best practices in BI development.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the BI infrastructure and processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or technical field: e.g. Data Science, Operations Research, (Applied) Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems
• 2+ years of experience in BI development, with a strong focus on Power BI.
• Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling techniques.
• Solid understanding of financial data and KPIs.
• Experience working with relational databases and writing SQL queries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
