Wellpath is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer I to implement and support enterprise reporting across primary and secondary functions. You will work with stakeholders to gather needs, develop dashboards, and ensure data quality and governance. The role emphasizes collaboration and innovative healthcare data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of BI development and analysis experience.
• Proficient in SQL, Word, Excel, and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders and translate business needs into reporting solutions.
• Write, test, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and views.
• Develop and optimize Tableau dashboards, visualizations, KPI scorecards, charts, filters, drilldowns, and navigation features.
• Extract, transform, analyze, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources while resolving quality, integrity, and performance issues.
• Maintain database documentation and apply data governance, security, privacy, and confidentiality standards.

How you make a difference

The Business Intelligence Developer I helps implement, maintain, and support enterprise reporting systems used across primary and secondary business functions. This role works with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and develop reporting solutions. The position creates and maintains queries, dashboards, visualizations, scorecards, and other operational reports. The Business Intelligence Developer I also validates reporting data, addresses data quality and performance issues, and supports data governance and documentation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders and translate business needs into reporting solutions.
• Write, test, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and views.
• Develop and optimize Tableau dashboards, visualizations, KPI scorecards, charts, filters, drilldowns, and navigation features.
• Extract, transform, analyze, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources while resolving quality, integrity, and performance issues.
• Maintain database documentation and apply data governance, security, privacy, and confidentiality standards.
