Power Platform Developer

In support of Connecticut's Department of Developmental Services (DDS), we require an experienced Power Platform developer. The position involves managing efforts using Azure DevOps and collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and leverage the Microsoft Power Platform.

The role includes supporting the development of technical solutions to meet CT DDS modernization demands, designing and architecting solutions using Power Platform components, creating data models, user interfaces, workflows, and reports.

The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and utilize Power Platform to create efficient solutions, analyze data to drive business processes, develop and maintain end-user documentation, and support testing and defect remediation.

Experience with enterprise integrations based on the MS Power Platform and knowledge of SQL Server are required. The candidate should have experience connecting Power Platform solutions with other systems.

Skills and Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
• 3+ years working with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Power BI
• 1+ year working with Azure DevOps
• 1+ year experience with Azure Cloud Services
• 1+ year in Agile development
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of relational database concepts
