Role Overview: This role is responsible for building and delivering SitusAMC’s enterprise business intelligence strategy. The position involves developing processes and technology to deliver critical information and insights to the organization and clients. The role requires close collaboration with business leaders, vendors, and client service managers to gather requirements, create dashboards, and ensure quality outputs. Experience in expanding and building global IT-based reporting and BI platforms is essential. The role may also involve mentoring other report developers and partnering with Data, Reporting, and Analytics teams to ensure accurate and relevant information presentation.

Essential Job Functions

1. Partner with business and technology teams to expand the BI platform.
2. Follow the software development lifecycle for BI projects.
3. Create complex T-SQL statements, stored procedures, and queries to extract data.
4. Build dashboards, data extracts, and visualizations.
5. Mentor and review the work of junior staff.
6. Maintain prompt and regular attendance.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.

Qualifications/Requirements

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant industry experience, typically at an Analyst level or equivalent.
• Proficiency in building T-SQL statements, preferably in MySQL or MSSQL.
• Proficiency in Tableau.
• Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills, good judgment, and strategic thinking.

Compensation: The annual full-time salary range is $70,000 - $90,000, determined based on experience, education, and location. Additional benefits include bonuses, PTO, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and 401K.
