Job summary

Tire Rack in South Bend, IN is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst II to turn data into actionable insights. You will develop Tableau dashboards and reports, analyze datasets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in BI or analytics, Tableau proficiency, SQL skills, strong Excel ability, and excellent communication to translate findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a business intelligence, business analyst, or related analytical role with data visualization focus.
• Proficient in Tableau and experience developing dashboards and data visualizations.
• Intermediate SQL skills: write and troubleshoot queries; understand relational databases.
• Strong Excel and spreadsheet data analysis for reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

About the Role

The Business Intelligence Analyst II plays a key role in supporting Tire Rack’s business intelligence efforts by analyzing data, developing dashboards, and translating information into actionable insights. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, uncover business opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly while managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

• Intermediate proficiency with SQL, including the ability to write and troubleshoot queries and understand relational database concepts
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet tools for data analysis and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience required

Hours

• Monday–Friday; occasional Saturdays and Sundays may be necessary
• 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; additional hours may be necessary
