Job summary

A leading tire distribution company is seeking a Corporate Account Reporting Specialist II to support our corporate customers by analyzing sales and account data. You will create reporting dashboards and provide insights that drive strategic decisions. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience in account reporting and a strong background in finance. Corporate Account Reporting Specialist II

About the Role

As a Corporate Account Reporting Specialist II, you’ll play a key role in supporting our largest corporate customers by managing and analyzing sales and account data. You’ll build and maintain reporting dashboards, collaborate across departments, and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and making a difference in a fast-paced automotive environment.

What You’ll Do

Analyze and interpret complex data requests to support business decisions
Create and maintain detailed reporting schedules and dashboards
Present clear, actionable insights to senior leadership
Collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams
Track promotional funding and support purchasing with reimbursement documentation
Maintain thorough documentation of reporting processes and formulas
Provide monthly sales summaries and partner updates

What You Bring

3–5 years of experience in account reporting or financial analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Experience with AS400/IBMi systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)

Work Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional weekends may be required
