Using SQL, Power BI, and modern data modeling practices, you will develop and manage trusted data products through their full lifecycle, as well as building reporting assets and KPI frameworks that support business operations and strategic initiatives.

Your work will create impact by improving visibility into key business metrics, strengthening reporting and data governance practices, and enabling leaders to make decisions with confidence.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Business Intelligence professional with a demonstrated track record of making an impact through analytics, reporting, and stakeholder partnership. Successful candidates will bring strong SQL, Power BI, data modeling, stakeholder consulting, and KPI governance experience, along with the ability to translate complex business needs into trusted reporting and actionable insights.

Candidates with experience supporting SaaS, healthcare technology, commercial analytics, executive reporting, and modern analytics environments will be especially attractive.

Roles and Responsibilities
Business Intelligence & Analytics
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions for business stakeholders.
  • Own and evolve reporting products that support commercial, customer success, finance, operations, product, and strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze business performance and operational trends to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable reporting solutions and KPI frameworks.
  • Prepare executive-ready analyses, presentations, and recommendations.
  • Leverage modern analytics, automation, and AI-enabled technologies where appropriate to improve reporting efficiency and business outcomes.
Data Modeling & Governance
  • Design, develop, and maintain reporting datasets, semantic models, and curated analytics assets.
  • Leverage SQL and modern data transformation frameworks to build scalable and maintainable analytics solutions.
  • Apply data modeling, validation, and documentation best practices to ensure the accuracy and reliability of reporting products.
  • Establish and maintain trusted KPI definitions, reporting methodologies, and governance standards.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to improve data quality, consistency, and transparency.
  • Support the development and maintenance of governed data products and reporting standards.
Stakeholder Partnership & Continuous Improvement
  • Partner with business leaders to understand objectives, prioritize analytics needs, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and translate business needs into analytical and technical solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting products through stakeholder feedback and evolving business requirements.
  • Share expertise and best practices that promote high-quality reporting, dashboard design, and data literacy across the organization.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives that improve decision‑making, operational efficiency, and business performance.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or a related field.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience developing reporting and analytical solutions using enterprise data.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and semantic models.
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
  • Experience defining, calculating, and governing business KPIs and metrics.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and business audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting SaaS, software, healthcare technology, or subscription‑based businesses.
  • Experience developing analytics and reporting for commercial, customer success, finance, or operations teams.
  • Experience reporting on sales funnel performance, bookings, revenue, retention, churn, renewal activity, product attachment, or similar business performance metrics.
  • Experience with dbt, dimensional modeling, semantic modeling, or modern analytics engineering practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Apttus, Oracle and/or Oracle Fusion, Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), ServiceMax or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Experience creating executive‑facing dashboards and delivering insights to senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms, AI‑assisted analytics, automation solutions, or modern business intelligence tools.
