CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst to help clients improve data and processes by gathering requirements, interpreting data and building BI solutions. You will review data to develop business intelligence and support decision making.

In this role, you’ll generate reports, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and deliver data-driven insights in an agile environment within the commercial real estate sector.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Understanding of the project lifecycle with focus on collecting business requirements and UAT.

Responsabilidades

• Generate reports using data from multiple sources to understand trends.
• Review accuracy of information and respond to stakeholder requests.
• Build applications to collect and display data for customers.
• Identify opportunities for improvements for clients and CBRE.
• Coordinate with personnel from other departments and IT to enable projects.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Work individually and in teams as needed.
• Follow an agile framework to plan and communicate work.
• Become a subject matter expert on commercial real estate topics.
