Job summary

Uline is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to apply advanced analytics and AI-driven insights to evaluate shipping performance and influence strategy across North America’s largest freight network. You will develop data models and visualizations to support business decisions and forecast impacts, working with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics operations.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years in Analytics or Finance, with SQL and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Investigate and interpret logistics data to create clear and concise executive summary memos, diagrams and presentations.
• Work with cross functional teams to provide informed, actionable insights supporting the improvement of Uline’s logistics operations, processes and procedures.
• Evaluate shipping rates, surcharges and service standards to optimize logistics strategies.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2+ years in Analytics, Business or Finance.
• Experience using data intelligence, predictive analytics or AI-enabled tools to deliver business insights.
• SQL experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communication and time management skills with great attention to detail.
