Job summary

Uline Corporate seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst to apply advanced analytics and AI-driven insights to evaluate shipping performance and influence logistics strategy.

You will build data models and visualizations, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve operations across North America’s freight network.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in analytics, SQL experience preferred, and proficiency with MS Office. On-site role at Uline’s Pleasant Prairie campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in analytics, business, or finance roles.
• Experience using data analytics, predictive analytics, or AI-enabled tools to deliver insights.
• SQL experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communication and time management with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross functional teams to provide informed, actionable insights supporting the improvement of Uline’s logistics operations, processes and procedures.
• Evaluate shipping rates, surcharges and service standards to optimize logistics strategies.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2+ years in Analytics, Business or Finance.
• Experience using data intelligence, predictive analytics or AI-enabled tools to deliver business insights.
• SQL experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communication and time management skills with great attention to detail.
