Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support our SaaS BPO operations. This role owns reporting across conversion, pipeline health, rep productivity, account expansion, staffing capacity, and vendor spend, joining multiple data sources and validating results to establish consistent metrics across vendors and regions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or sales operations analytics.
• Experience independently taking business questions through data preparation, analysis, and recommendations.
• Strong ability to join multiple data sources, validate results, and build reusable datasets.
• Experience with SaaS sales metrics, outsourced sales teams, or incentive analysis is a plus.
• SQL proficiency is helpful but not required.

Business Intelligence Analyst — SaaS BPO Operations

The GTM Growth Programs team is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst to support our SaaS outsourced sales and account management programs. This role will own reporting and analysis that help the team understand performance, identify opportunities, and make better operating decisions.

Responsibilities

• You’ll build and maintain dashboards and reusable datasets covering conversion, pipeline health, rep productivity, account expansion, staffing capacity, and vendor spend. You’ll join multiple data sources, validate results, and establish consistent metric definitions across vendors, regions, and sales motions.
• You’ll also investigate performance gaps, support scorecard and incentive pilots, and automate recurring reporting. Success means reliable reporting, clear recommendations, and less manual work for the team.

You Might Thrive In This Role If You Have

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or sales operations analytics.
• Experience independently taking business questions through data preparation, analysis, and recommendations.
• Strong skills in joining multiple data sources, validating results, and building reusable datasets.
• Experience with Tableau or comparable BI tools, Excel or Google Sheets, and CRM data such as Salesforce.
• Strong attention to data quality and the ability to explain findings clearly to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience with SaaS sales metrics, outsourced sales teams, or incentive analysis is a plus. SQL proficiency is helpful but not required.

Compensation: $65 - $80 per hour
