AgReserves, Inc. is seeking an entry-level BI Analyst to join our corporate team. The analyst will support data reporting and analysis for operational and financial needs, focusing on learning BI tools, building basic reports, and ensuring data accuracy.

Responsibilities include creating dashboards, writing SQL queries, and assisting with ad hoc requests while learning data structures and company systems. This is a growth role with learning opportunities across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IS/Data Science or related field.
• 0–2 years in data analysis, reporting, or internships.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Excel; BI tools a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; clear communicator.

Summary:

The Business Intelligence Analyst I supports data reporting and analysis for operational and financial needs. This role focuses on learning BI tools, building basic reports, and assisting with data accuracy and user support.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and BI tools to support business needs.
• Write SQL queries to pull, analyze, and report on data.
• Perform detailed data analysis to help answer business questions and support decision-making.
• Assist with ad hoc reporting requests and KPI tracking under the guidance of senior team members.
• Help ensure data is accurate and follows established reporting standards and processes.
• Work with operations, finance, and other teams to understand reporting requirements and business needs.
• Maintain existing reports and help resolve basic data, reporting, or system issues.
• Provide user support and basic training on reporting tools and dashboards.
• Learn and build knowledge of BI tools, data structures, and company systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or internships.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Excel (BI tools a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members.
• Python and / or R a plus.
• Willingness to learn BI tools, data modeling, and business processes.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or Portuguese) a plus.
