Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, business, marketing, statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, including the ability to query, join, and manipulate data for analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and business intelligence or data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain analytical findings to nontechnical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, initiative, and willingness to develop new technical and research capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SQL queries, data workflows, and analytical datasets to support business intelligence, research, and reporting needs.
• Organize, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities related to business performance, customer engagement, sales, and market dynamics.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data solutions that enable stakeholders to monitor key performance indicators, evaluate initiatives, and make informed business decisions.
• Support ongoing monitoring and evaluation of business initiatives, including developing measurement approaches, tracking outcomes, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through data visualization, reporting, and effective communication.
