Come join one of America’s fastest-growing insurance companies. Since 1848, National Life Group has aimed to keep our promises, providing families with stability in good times and in bad. Throughout that history, we have provided peace of mind to those families as they plan their futures.

Our mission extends beyond the insurance and annuities policies that we offer. We strive to make the world a better place through our grants from our charitable foundation, paid volunteer time for our employees, environmentally sustainable and healthy workplaces, and events that promote the work of nonprofits in our own backyard.

We foster a collaborative environment with opportunities for growth and encourage our associates to live our values: Do good. Be good. Make good.

Please note that we do not offer visa sponsorship for this position.

We are seeking an analytically curious, and solutions-oriented Business Insights Analyst to join our Research & Insights team. The analyst will primarily focus on developing data solutions, querying and analyzing data, building dashboards, and supporting ongoing performance monitoring and evaluation. Working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders, this individual will help translate business needs into analytical solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.

This position also offers the opportunity to develop skills in market research, including research design, qualitative and quantitative methodologies, data collection, and insight development. The ideal candidate is technically capable, curious, adaptable, and eager to grow beyond reporting and analytics to understand the broader business questions that drive research and strategic decision-making.

As our Research & Insights function continues to evolve, this role will support a diverse range of analytical and research initiatives, providing opportunities to develop new capabilities and contribute to emerging business priorities.

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data solutions that enable stakeholders to monitor key performance indicators, evaluate initiatives, and make informed business decisions.
