Anticipated End Date: 2026-11-07 Position Title: Business Information Developer Consultant Job Description: Business Information Developer Consultant PLEASE NOTE: This position is not eligible for current or future VISA sponsorship.

This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location in Hannover, Maryland. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. The Business Information Developer Consultant is responsible for developing and executing more complex data mining analyses.

How you will make an impact:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requires a BS/BA degree and a minimum of 4 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

• Strong hands‑on Python development experience for data analysis, data manipulation, automation, scripting, and integration with data platforms strongly preferred.
• Strong experience with Snowflake, including data modelling, SQL development, query optimisation, and working with large datasets strongly preferred.
• Advanced hands‑on experience with Tableau, including dashboard development, data visualisation, performance optimisation, and complex calculations strongly preferred.
• Expert‑level SQL skills, including complex queries, stored procedures, data transformations, and performance tuning strongly preferred.
• Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver end‑to‑end analytics solutions strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate complex business problems into practical technical solutions strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing reporting and workflow automation opportunities strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives from concept to completion strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills strongly preferred.
• PC, spreadsheet, and database skills strongly preferred.
• Experience in standard Business Information tools and programming/query languages strongly preferred.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $107,520.00 to $161,280.00.
