• The majority of time will be spent on programming and tax system design and implementation.
• Conducts training on use of applications developed.

Anticipated End Date: 2026-11-09 Position Title: Tax Technology Developer Job Description: Tax Technology Developer Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Design, implementation and continuous improvement of the corporate tax data platform.
• Determines how tax decision support systems will provide the data required to make effective business decisions.
• Performs modeling of tax information sources and flows.

• Establishes and maintains excellent knowledge of data tax database design, data definitions, system capabilities, programming languages, and data integrity issues.
• Develops and supports complex data warehouse-related applications for business areas requiring design and implementation of database tables.
• The majority of time will be spent on programming and tax system design and implementation.
• Conducts training on use of applications developed.

Minimum Requirements

Requires a BS/BA degree and a minimum of 4 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, SQL, Microsoft DAX, and Microsoft Power Fx.
• Experience working with Alteryx, Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio preferred.
• Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle Cloud implementation experience preferred.
• Familiarity with OneSource Tax API integration a plus.
• General working knowledge of tax data systems and BI requirements for a corporate tax department.
• Prior experience in a Big 4 accounting firm or large corporate tax department, with exposure to large, complex financial/tax datasets, preferred.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $112,640 to $168,960.
