Job summary

Crown Castle is offering a two-year Business Immersion Program to develop analytical thinkers through three path options and cross-functional collaboration. You will rotate among Analytics & Transformation, Finance, and Process & Performance, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to AI-enabled tools.

The program starts in July 2027 and emphasizes career exploration, skill development, and a pathway to post-program opportunities within Crown Castle.

Qualifications

• This program targets early career individuals with limited full-time work experience.
• Applicants from all disciplines are invited; preferred paths include analytics or finance.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the program.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• The anticipated start date is July 2027.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through three paths and three assignments to build business and technical skills.
• Collaborate across teams to develop analytical thinking and value creation.
• Gain exposure to AI-enabled tools and technologies and practical projects.
• Transition to post-program opportunities aligned with business needs and personal interests.
