Crown Castle presents a two-year Business Immersion Program (BIP) that rotates you through Analytics & Transformation, Finance, and Process & Performance roles to build business and technical skills. You will complete three path assignments, gain exposure to AI-enabled tools, and advance toward post-program opportunities with leadership support.

The program emphasizes collaboration, learning, and hands-on experiences across locations with a 4:1 hybrid model and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• This program is designed for individuals at the early stages of their careers, typically with limited full-time professional work experience (generally less than two years).
• Applicants from all academic disciplines are encouraged to apply, with preferred fields of study for Analytics & Transformation: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or another highly quantitative discipline.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and for the duration of the program.
• This position is not eligible for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• The anticipated start date for this position is July 2027.
