Job summary

Crown Castle’s Business Immersion Program Internship – Process & Performance path offers a 10-week summer experience to build foundational business skills and contribute to performance initiatives.

Interns join one team, engage in onboarding, and collaborate with leaders across assets, operations, commercial, and more. A strong emphasis on project delivery, data analysis in Excel, and professional growth is demonstrated throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited institution.
• Must have completed at least 90 credit hours by day one of the internship.
• Open to all disciplines; preferred fields include Business, Finance, Economics, MIS, Real Estate, Industrial Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Support projects and contribute to process improvements.
• Learn how work flows across teams and interact with stakeholders.
• Collaborate on a capstone project with interns and mentors across the company.
