Mission:
The focus of the Business Growth Manager Automation position is to drive existing and new business for Epiroc’s suite of products, as they are aligned within the larger picture of Epiroc USA and its strategic goals. Knowledge and skill in how to successfully influence others, by understanding how their individual and organizational needs link to goals, is essential. Initiative, a competitive drive for marketing and growth, and the ability to understand and quickly react to changing organizational environments are critical keys to success. The position will help ensure that the company achieves business goals of growth, increasing market share, profitability and establishing our vision of customer obsession.
Automation growth is a company-wide objective. This role will be responsible for driving the Marketing Strategy for all automation solutions, whether wholly developed or acquired. This role requires focus on implementing Automation product portfolios into the local market supported by a team of Product & Application specialists in collaboration with USA sales and service organization. You will work closely with the acquisition and integration teams to find opportunities to develop the US market further into the Automation journey.
