Job summary

Envision Pharma Group in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Business Finance Analyst to contribute to budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, and reporting. You will deliver accurate data, financial models, and insights to drive operational decisions and project profitability.

The role requires 2+ years in financial analysis, a finance-related bachelor’s, and strong Excel skills with exposure to Salesforce and OpenAir. You will work as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or related finance roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and financial planning concepts.
• Proficiency in Excel and exposure to enterprise tools (e.g., Salesforce, OpenAir).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical thinking.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
• Communicates clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong team player who builds trust and delivers results in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.
• Track and report on project profitability, utilization, and key financial metrics.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process for revenue and project-related costs.
• Consolidate actuals and assist in preparing performance updates and variance analysis.
• Build and refine models for revenue and cost projections using data from Salesforce and OpenAir.
• Produce weekly and monthly KPI dashboards to support management insight.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas of opportunity.
• Collaborate with the Manager and project teams to provide timely financial updates.

The Business Finance Analyst is a key contributor to the financial health of the business unit. This role supports budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, and reporting by delivering accurate data, financial models, and insights that drive operational decisions.

Financial Operations & Reporting
