The person chosen for this position will integrate faith and learning in the classroom while contributing to a collaborative, Christ-centered academic community committed to the mission to “educate students to become servants of Christ to make a difference in today’s world.”

The role emphasizes excellence in teaching and provides opportunities for scholarship and service, with particular attention to meaningful student engagement in small class settings where faculty can know students well and invest in their intellectual and spiritual formation. Faculty should possess a strong academic background, a commitment to a Biblical worldview, and a desire to work alongside colleagues in a collegial and supportive faculty environment.
