Job summary

You will partner with Finance, Marketing, Operations, Real Estate, and Branch Leadership to align initiatives with corporate strategy and improve efficiency, risk mitigation, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.
• 2+ years of experience using advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
• 2+ years of experience developing business cases, financial analyses, or recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
• 2+ years of experience partnering with cross‑functional teams to execute business initiatives and drive results.
• 2+ years of experience delivering presentations to audiences in a professional business environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with retail banking or a national branch network environment.
• Experience leveraging SharePoint as an enterprise collaboration and knowledge management platform, including site strategy, content governance, and scalable solutions.
• Experience with branch network planning, space and capacity management, and Branch Distribution Strategy.
• Experience creating business cases to support strategic investments and operational decisions.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of branch network optimization initiatives spanning data analysis, planning, governance routines, leader and partner socialization, implementation, and post‑implementation analysis.
• Analyze complex and ambiguous data sets to inform decision‑making and support leadership discussions.
• Create executive‑ready presentations and materials articulating issues, options, and recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience developing business cases, financial analyses, or recommendations for leadership and stakeholders
• 2+ years of experience partnering with cross‑functional teams to execute business initiatives and drive results
• 2+ years of experience delivering presentations to audiences in a professional business environment
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to translate complex data and business insights into clear, actionable recommendations, decision frameworks, and executive‑ready communications
• Familiarity with retail banking or a national branch network environment
• Experience leveraging SharePoint as an enterprise collaboration and knowledge management platform, including site strategy, content governance, and scalable solutions
• Experience with branch network planning, space and capacity management, and Branch Distribution Strategy
