Position: Business Execution Administrator

Location: West Des Moines, IA (3 days onsite and 2 days remote, Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months (Possible extension or conversion to full time)

Job Overview

In this contingent resource assignment, the candidate will support business execution by proactively providing feedback and presenting ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with a business execution impact. The role involves performing complex administrative support tasks, providing support on escalated questions, and interacting with client personnel on a wide range of information.

Responsibilities

Support business execution and suggest improvements for processes and tools.
Perform complex administrative support tasks.
Provide support on escalated questions and issues.
Interact with client personnel to share and gather information.

Qualifications

4+ years of administrative or business support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
Experience with Home Mortgage and Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP).
Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including VLookups and Pivot Tables.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in project management, including planning, organizing, and coordinating initiatives.
Effective relationship‑building and management skills.
Analytical and problem‑resolution skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

Additional Skills

Understanding of mortgage servicing sales and/or acquisitions within Home Lending.
Experience with data structure, format, mapping, translation, and conversion.
Sense of urgency and accountability for results.
Proven ability to assess risk controls, processes, and procedures for improvement opportunities.

Pay Range: $25- $30/hr on W2
