Job Overview:

In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. You will review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Additionally, you will contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a solid understanding of functional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables. This role involves strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Build, refine, and maintain AI prompt libraries to support Financial Crimes Risk Management (FCRM) holistic processes.
• Use prompt-driven workflows to perform quality assurance.
• Integrate AI-enabled checks into procedure updates, highlighting gaps, inconsistencies, or unclear requirements.
• Partner with analysts and leaders to embed prompt-assisted workflows into day-to-day operations.
• Train team members on effective and responsible use of approved prompts.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 5+ years of financial services industry experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and applying generative AI prompts to support operational or review processes within Financial Services.
• Strong technical writing, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Experience building prompt libraries or implementing AI-driven QA processes.
• Familiarity with Financial Crimes, AML, Fraud, Sanctions, or related fields.
