• Complete preparation tasks for in-person and virtual workshops and events
• Assist with event setup and teardown, including AV equipment and signage
• Support guest check-in, seating, and flow of event logistics
• Prepare, organize, and distribute workshop materials
• Provide real-time support during events
• Capture post-event feedback for continuous improvement
