Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in project management, process improvement, business operations, or related area.
• Experience translating data into actionable insights to support decisions.
• Banking/financial services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project intake and prepare materials for oversight forums.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Maintain and organize team documentation, procedures, and inventories.
• Support governance artifacts, data quality, records retention, and risk activities.
• Communicate clearly with business units and technology/support teams.
