About the Role:

This is not your typical Business Director position. Instead, you’ll be:

Applying your business and leadership expertise in a transformational space.

Working independently while learning and implementing strategic marketing and sales processes using a proven, automated system.

Mentoring and guiding professionals seeking personal and business growth through our onboarding pathway.

Engaging with warm, pre-qualified leads and guiding them through a simple interview process.

Attending weekly online global training sessions to stay aligned with best practices and community momentum.

Supporting and developing your own clients and team with structured ongoing training and leadership.

About You:

You’re someone who:

• Has experience in business leadership, consulting, sales and/or strategic marketing.
• Is self-driven and looking to pivot into something more meaningful, flexible, and aligned with your values.
• Values growth, purpose, and leading with authenticity.
• Communicates with confidence, both one-on-one and in group settings.
