We’re seeking Client Managers with 3–5+ years of agency experience who are ready to join a high-performing, fully remote team where collaboration and autonomy go hand-in-hand.

What You’ll Do as a TEEMA Client Manager:

  • Build and manage client relationships within your chosen vertical
  • Drive business development through cold calls, referrals, networking, and social media
  • Collaborate with Talent Managers (Recruiters) across TEEMA to fill open roles
  • Qualify job orders, conduct intake calls, and maintain clear communication with clients
  • Strategize sourcing methods tailored to each role
  • Track activity and pipeline progress in Bullhorn, our ATS
  • Serve as the main point of contact for your clients, from initial call to final placement

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a staffing agency (business development or full-desk preferred)
  • Proven track record of bringing in and managing client accounts
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter mindset and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with Bullhorn ATS is a plus
  • Vertical focus in one or more industries (Healthcare, Technology, Accounting & Finance, Sales & Marketing, Legal, Manufacturing, etc.)
