Job summary

MetalTek International in Wisconsin is seeking a Business Development Specialist focused on growing our static casting business within the Process Industry Market for WI Investcast and Carondelet Foundry. This office-based role targets bookings and new business growth.

You will own the account sales process, develop prospecting plans, follow up on RFQs, and maintain CRM daily to communicate sales plans and opportunities.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Inside sales or related experience.
• Strong listening, sales, customer service, and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM to communicate account plans and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a prospecting and lead follow up plan.
• Leverage network to prospect and uncover new opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Develop sales strategies and plans aligned with plant strategies and close orders.
• Update CRM daily to communicate sales plan execution.
