Position Details
  • Location: Remote (must be located in the Baltimore, DC area)
  • Duration: Full-time, Permanent
Company Overview

Filterbuy, a leader in air quality and manufacturing, seeks a Business Development Specialist to develop new business, build customer relationships, and drive growth through market research, sales, and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, and sell to businesses via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
  • Attend local meetings and events, complete a minimum of 300 documented activities weekly in our CRM
  • Utilize provided products, tools, and training to maximize sales potential
  • Displace competitors using differentiators like pricing, selection, and service
  • Manage a territory within a two-hour drive from your home office
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
Minimum Requirements
  • Perseverance and strong communication skills
  • Constant prospecting and relationship building
  • At least 3 years of outside B2B sales experience
  • Cold-calling experience
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders up to 30 feet
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in air filter sales or industrial equipment
  • Certified Air Filter Specialist (CAFS) or HVAC experience
  • Military, law enforcement, or sports background
