We are seeking a freelance Business Development Partner to help drive our expansion into the US and, eventually, into other global markets. This role is ideal for someone looking for freedom, mentorship, and high reward without the risk of starting a business from scratch.

You’ll get full training, flexible hours, and autonomy to build and grow a portfolio of clients — with no cap on commission. Long-term, you’ll have the opportunity to lead new markets, relocate internationally, and move into a salaried leadership role. This is not just a job. It’s a launchpad for your career in international recruitment.

What You’ll Do

  • Source, approach, and onboard new clients (US-based and foreign businesses hiring bilingual or technical talent)
  • Use tools provided (CRM, VoIP, templates) to manage outreach and relationship-building
  • Collaborate with our recruitment and candidate delivery team to fill live roles and close deals
  • Act as the primary point of contact for your clients: build relationships, understand hiring needs, and offer guidance
  • Attend online meetings, strategy calls, and trainings with senior leadership for upskilling and support
  • Provide feedback and insight into the US market (or your future market of interest)
  • Eventually help build a small team under you if you want to step into leadership
  • 100% remote – work from anywhere
  • Work as many or as few hours as you like – output is what matters
  • You set your schedule – no micromanagement, just high-impact work
  • Optional in-person collaboration once we expand further in the US
  • Future relocation possible to lead another country as we expand (we help with logistics)
