We serve ad agencies, marketing firms, startups, global brands, and in-house teams who need top-tier talent, coast-to-coast. Think creative directors, devs, copywriters, UX folks, strategists, and all the magical humans that bring brands to life.

We’re on the hunt for a scrappy, relationship-driven, metrics-loving Business Development Specialist (BDS) to help us grow both brands. If you love meaningful connections, smart conversations, driving conversions, and the thrill of a closed deal, we want to talk to you.

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Full-time, direct hire

Location: 100% remote

Compensation: $50–$55K base + uncapped commission (commensurate with experience)

  • A Closer. You ask smart questions, uncover needs, and deliver tailored solutions that seal the deal.
  • Process-Driven. You love a good sales workflow, know how to manage your pipeline, and thrive in a metric-friendly environment.
  • Tech-Savvy. You know your way around CRMs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Suite, and whatever new app helps you do it better.
  • Industry-Aware. You speak fluent marketing, creative, and tech—or you’re ready to learn fast and fake it ‘til you make it.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect & Close. Use cold outreach, warm intros, and genuine charm to bring in new business from marketing, tech, and creative teams.
  • Research & Convert. Qualify leads and move them through the funnel like a boss.
  • Network. Join events, meetups, coffee chats, and Slack communities (yes, even the awkward ones).
  • Lead Intake. Handle inbound leads like gold—because they are. Kick off onboarding in tandem with our recruiting and client service teams.

10% Client Relationship & Account Growth

  • Expand & Retain. Keep your clients close and their hiring managers closer. Spot new opportunities before they even realize they need help.
  • Collaborate. Partner with recruiting, marketing, and leadership to deliver smart, strategic staffing solutions.

10% Sales Process & Admin

  • Plan the Work. Build and execute weekly sales strategies using tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and industry job boards.
  • Track the Work. Log it all in TrackerRMS and/or Zoho. Update pipelines, report on metrics, rinse and repeat.
  • Close the Work. Help prep estimates, proposals, and contracts in partnership with our Client & Account Manager.

What You Bring

  • * 3+ years of B2B sales experience (bonus points for staffing, tech, marketing, or creative industry connections)
  • Proven track record of lead generation, consultative selling, and closing deals
  • A confident, proactive communication style with consistently strong follow-up
  • Comfort with structured sales processes, tools, and performance tracking
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred—but equivalent experience or a killer sales track record will do just fine
