LO&PS Agency is a Business Support Agency helping entrepreneurs and small business owners stay organized, build their brand, and grow with confidence. We provide services in entrepreneurship, branding, marketing, website design, admin support, bookkeeping, and HR. Our mission is to simplify business ownership by offering reliable, flexible, and results-driven support.

About the Role

We are building a team of Business Development Specialists (BDS) to help us grow by connecting with new clients, guiding them through onboarding, and ensuring their experience with LO&PS is seamless and successful.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the growth of LO&PS Agency. Your responsibilities include generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, guiding them in choosing the right services, and acting as their point of contact as they begin working with our Virtual Assistants.

This role combines client success, project coordination, and sales outreach. You will support clients in articulating their business goals, recommend a monthly support plan, and match them with suitable VA(s). You will also check in regularly to ensure smooth delivery from kickoff to completion.

What You’ll Do
  • Connect with potential clients through discovery calls and outreach
  • Listen to their business needs and recommend the right monthly plan
  • Gather client details, service priorities, and expectations
  • Post new client opportunities on Trello for our VAs to apply
  • Coordinate the VA-client matching process
  • Schedule interviews or submit top VA candidates for client selection
  • Host kickoff Zoom calls to introduce clients to their VA(s)
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients and VAs
  • Ensure client goals and expectations are met
  • Escalate concerns or support issues as needed
  • Track outreach, onboarding, and commissions in our systems
Qualifications
  • Experience in sales, project coordination, or client success
  • Strong communication skills — confident in writing and on video calls
  • Proactive, organized, with excellent follow-up skills
  • Enjoy helping people feel confident and supported
  • Ability to bring structure to a fast-moving, remote team
  • Familiarity with tools like Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, or Canva
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
