Job summary

Harboroaks in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a Marketing Specialist to help translate facility goals into effective marketing strategies for continuum of care.

The role collaborates with the Business Development Director to engage referral sources, present mental health and substance use services, analyze market data, and coordinate regular marketing and referral reporting. The position requires strong communication and community relations skills to raise awareness and drive enrollment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related health or social services preferred.
• One or more years’ experience in sales or marketing preferred.
• Previous sales and/or marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• May participate in health fairs and facilitate special service-related events.
• First line contact for referral sources to notify them of their referral’s admission status.
• May be responsible for organizing alumni activities.
• Develop and implement community relations activities for a specific target audience.
• Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
