Title: Business Development/Sales Professional & Account Managers
Cardinal Integrated Technologies, a leading IT consulting and Staffing and Services provider in NY Metro area is looking for dynamic IT Staffing and Services Sales and Business Development professionals.
Opportunities exist for experienced resources with a ready roster of clients, must have a solid understanding of sales process for large/mid size corporate accounts in NY Metro market.
Description
- Ability to work in fast paced environment -independent performer-Target oriented with at least 1.5 Million USD staffing/services sold every year and verifiable client base.
- Excellent communication skills to engage senior executives (Director and above) at Fortune 1000
- Ability to generate new leads, work on them and close, should be able to generate new accounts for Cardinal and cultivate old relationships for business that the resource would already have.
- Should be target oriented -Must have good organizational skills, attention to detail -MBA or equivalent is a plus -Understanding of IT Staffing business is required.
- Should possess good understanding of contemporary IT technologies
- Ability to understand client IT Staffing requirements and communicate the same to the Cardinal Staffing/Recruiting team
- Manage the staffing/hiring process from a sales perspective with the client and coordinate with Cardinal Staffing team
- Negotiate price with the client
- Experience working with CRM software for managing accounts
Salary: Attractive base plus Incentives
