Business Development / Sales Associate – US

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development/Sales Associate to join our US team and drive the adoption of our solutions in the region.

The Business Development/Sales Associate will play a critical role in expanding ANRA Technologies’ footprint in Europe. This individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with enterprises and air navigation service providers (ANSPs), and promoting our suite of airspace management and drone solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the aviation or drone industry, with the skills and knowledge to navigate complex sales cycles and drive business growth.

ANRA Technologies Inc. is a global leader in airspace and mission management solutions, providing innovative services in unified aviation, U-space, and UTM (Unmanned Traffic Management). Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the US market, focusing on enterprises, ANSPs, and other key stakeholders in the aviation and drone industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry influencers to promote ANRA’s solutions and brand awareness.
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings to identify potential customers and emerging market needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure our solutions align with customer requirements and market demand.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent ANRA Technologies and build a strong pipeline of leads.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management, highlighting progress toward sales targets and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in developing sales materials, proposals, and presentations to support customer engagement and sales efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the aviation, drone, U-space, or UTM industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful business relationships in the aviation or drone market.
  • Strong understanding of the US aviation and UTM regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Fluency in English is required, verbal and written.
  • Willingness to travel within the US as needed.
  • Authorized to work in the US. Not a sponsored position.
